Harmonic Design at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas

Harmonic Design will be exhibiting at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas from June 17 to 19, 2026. At our open booth and in our dedicated Audio Demo Room we show what “simply harmonic sound” really means — and present our latest innovation live for the first time: the BS10 Battery Speaker. We invite AV integrators, rental and event-technology professionals, systems engineers and audio consultants to meet us on site.

The LevelZ Touch app is now available for iOS and Android

With the new LevelZ Touch app, Harmonic Design is expanding the control options for the hd BS10 with a convenient wireless solution.

The app is now available for iOS and Android devices. It supports iOS devices running version 13 or later. Using a Wi-Fi connection, the hd LevelZ Touch app allows you to remotely control the levels of the hd BS10—quickly, intuitively, and flexibly.

ISE 2026 Recap – Harmonic Design makes a strong showing in Barcelona

ISE 2026 was a huge success for Harmonic Design! With countless interested visitors, familiar faces, and many new contacts from the international AV and event industry.

At the Outdoor Sound Experience, our HybridLineSource System hd HLS demonstrated what true efficiency means: we were the only manufacturer to provide sound coverage for the entire area with just one speaker per side – and with significantly fewer subwoofers than comparable setups. The result: maximum performance, faster setup, easier tuning, and a convincing return on investment.

Harmonic Design at ISE 2026 in Barcelona

From February 3 to 6, 2026, Harmonic Design will be exhibiting at ISE 2026 – Integrated Systems Europe at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via. Under the motto “Push Beyond,” the world’s leading trade show for audiovisual technologies and systems integration invites visitors to experience innovations that go far beyond the ordinary.

ISE is the central meeting place for everyone involved in state-of-the-art AV technology, media technologies, integration, events, installations, and forward-looking solutions. This is where trends are set, partnerships are formed, and products are presented that you have to see, hear, and experience for yourself.

Harmonic Design at CUE2026 in Rotterdam

From January 12 to 14, 2026, Harmonic Design will be exhibiting at CUE2026 in Rotterdam Ahoy, a trade fair for event, installation, and entertainment technology.

CUE is the place to discover innovative products, technical trends, and practical solutions for sound, lighting, video, and stage technology. The trade show offers a comprehensive overview of equipment for indoor and outdoor stages.

hd LevelZ update for all devices

The new hd LevelZ software version 1.0.23 is now available and offers a comprehensive function and firmware update for all device generations based on hd MultiDSP and hd BeamDSP, such as an additional clip limiter stage and a new speaker database. It is therefore strongly recommended to all users .

The software can be downloaded here and will be updated accordingly with new updates in the future.

With hd QT8 and hd QT12 devices, 2 ohm operation with e.g. 2x hd Infra212 or 2x hd Infra218 has been revised and must be activated on the corresponding channels via software or display

Attention: Old custom presets are not compatible with the new version.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to rebuild your custom presets with the new files in the installation folder

Harmonic Design invests in new Smart Factory

For its 40th anniversary in 2020, Harmonic Design will move into the new company headquarters with more than 3,000 m². In doing so, we are continuing our growth course and setting the cornerstone for new innovations and proprietary technologies. With our new Smart Factory, production capacity will be further expanded and a larger warehouse stocked to meet increased demand and continue to deliver within short delivery times. The new head office unites all departments under one roof and, in addition to the administration, production, warehousing and logistics, houses the new development center Harmonic Design EAR (ElectroAcousticResearch). At the heart of the HD EARs is a class 1 low-reflection room with just about 1,000 m³ and EMC PreCompliance measuring stations, so that all acoustic and electronic products can be measured and developed directly in-house. For an improved customer experience, there is a large presentation and training room of over 1,600m³, where all speaker systems are ready to go and provide our unique HD listening experience.

Beamforming Technology in “Mother Church” of Korea

The Saemoonan Presbyterian Church was founded in Korea in 1887 and is the first organized church. Since the beginning of their mission, 21 district churches have been established in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region. In this way, they have provided spiritual and social lifelines to the Protestant churches in Korea. For this reason, it is known as the “mother church” of Korea.

With the gigantic new construction project of the sixth church building new challenges were sought and an architectural masterpiece realized: 19 floors, 68m building height, 80m church tower and a capacity of 2,200 persons in the Great Chapel. The entire sound system was installed almost invisibly in the walls behind acoustic fleece. (more…)

hd HLS20-TourSys1 Test Report in Tools4Music

In issue 01/2019, the specialist magazine tools4music is testing the hd HLS20P-TourSys1 in a live test in three completely different events: Open-Air, town hall and Rock-Band. Due to the high speech intelligibility and range of the compact hd HLS20 top all disciplines are mastered with flying colors and the system can convince even in difficult rooms. The author concludes with the words:

The hd HLS20 TourSys1 system convinces all along the line. Sound quality, throw range, low-end and sound pressure – all this offers the test system at a high, probably even the highest level. Especially the speech intelligibility in acoustically difficult rooms and the range of the compact top part impressed me compared to conventional array solutions. The PA sounds mighty, but is compact in comparison to the output. A combination that is popular with ambitious touring bands and rental companies
