Do you enjoy hands-on, varied work?
To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a skilled Production Employee (m/f/d) for the final assembly of our professional loudspeaker systems and audio devices.
You assemble individual modules as well as complete devices. In doing so, you solder, glue, screw and connect various mechanical and electronic components. The work is varied and requires careful, independent working.
Harmonic Design has been developing and manufacturing professional audio technology in Neckarwestheim since 1980. In our production we combine modern manufacturing processes with precise craftsmanship – Made in Germany.
Your tasks:
• Assembly of modules and complete audio devices
• Soldering of cables, wires, connectors and components
• Gluing, screwing and connecting various components
• Installation of loudspeakers, electronics, connectors and mechanical parts
• Wiring and connecting pre-assembled modules
• Working with hand tools, assembly aids and simple machines
• Carrying out visual, quality and functional inspections
• Supporting further tasks within production
Your profile:
• Manual experience and practical skills
• Confident handling of common hand tools
• Technical understanding and interest in assembling high-quality devices
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Willingness to take on different tasks within production
• Sufficient German language skills to understand work, quality and safety instructions
• Team spirit and independent working
Experience in soldering, assembly or production is an advantage. Craft or technical vocational training is welcome but not mandatory.
Career changers (m/f/d) with manual experience are also expressly welcome.
Suitable prior experience may come from the following areas, for example:
• Device manufacturing or module assembly
• Electronics or electrical engineering
• Loudspeaker manufacturing or event technology
• Mechatronics or automotive technology
• Metalworking or carpentry
• Industrial or manual manufacturing

Your tasks:
• Work preparation: unpacking, checking and providing components and material for production
• Order-picking and providing parts for assembly
• Professional packaging of loudspeakers and accessories in prefabricated boxes
• Marking and labeling the packaged items
• Packing and securing pallets
• Registering and handling shipments with the forwarding and parcel service
• Visual and completeness inspection as well as maintaining shipping documents
Your profile:
• Manual skills and enjoyment of handling high-quality products with care
• Organizational talent and a good overview of material and processes
• Reliable, independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Initial experience in work preparation, warehouse, packaging or shipping is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
• Good German language skills; basic English is an advantage
