hd QT-ETH-Series

Harmonic Design system amplifiers are equally suited to all types of touring and installation applications. Across all loudspeaker series, they are at the same time the ideal drive and control center for the greatest possible performance and linearity of Harmonic Design sound reinforcement systems.

The hd QT-ETH series consists of 4-channel Class D power amplifiers featuring switching power supplies specifically optimized for sustained high power output, delivering high energy (power × duty cycle) for superior low-frequency reproduction.

Uncompromisingly equipped: as the flagship of the hd system amplifiers, the hd QT-ETH series combines a high-resolution DSP with sampling rates of up to 192 kHz and 32-bit converters, FIR and IIR filters and a multi-stage limiter architecture of peak and RMS limiters — all in 2U. Signals are fed in via Dante/AES67, AES3 or four analog inputs; remote control and monitoring run over the integrated Ethernet connectivity, while direct access at the unit is provided by a 4″ touchscreen and a rotary encoder. A generously dimensioned cooling system with temperature-controlled fans allows operation under full load with minimal noise development.
